Sales Account Manager – Payroll/HCM Software | Athens, Attica

We offer an integrated business software suite with ERP, CRM, Retail, WMS, Mobile, e-Commerce and e-Invoicing as well as a range of software for Verticals such as Pharma Distribution and Pharmacies, Retail, Real Estate and others.

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the Sales team of Entersoft Worklife Software, an innovative Software offering customer-oriented Payroll and Human Capital Management solutions to businesses.

About the Role

  • Identify market opportunities for business growth
  • Liaise with existing clients and engage potential ones
  • Present and demonstrate the Payroll and HCM Software solutions
  • Discuss Payroll and HCM needs with clients and suggest the most suitable solutions
  • Submit offers for sales processing and negotiate agreements with clients
  • Capture key customer feedback and deliver to internal teams
  • Build and maintain trustful and long-term relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and reach goals
  • Provide sales reporting and bring new ideas for improvements
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all partner interactions and activities in the customer relationship management system (CRM).
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments

Requirements and skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources Management or in related fields
  • Experience in Software Sales, preferably in Payroll System/HRMS/HRIS/HCMS solutions
  • Experience in Payroll or/and Human Resources Management will be considered as a strong asset
  • Familiarity with CRM software will be an asset
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Results orientation with achievement drive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be a team player
